When you share materials for your documentation project, we also receive any documents, photos, audio recordings, and files you send us. We take security seriously. Your data is protected with AES-256 encryption both at rest and in transit. Our team uses multi-factor authentication to access all systems. Files are never stored on personal devices. Only your assigned documentation team has access to your materials.
Every project begins with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your business information is never shared with other clients, partners, or third parties. We treat your business knowledge the same way you do — as something worth protecting.
We retain project data for 12 months after delivery, giving you time to request additional copies or revisions. After that period, data is securely deleted. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time, and we will provide written confirmation once the deletion is complete.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Simply email us at hello@therelaybridge.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
