These terms govern your use of RelayBridge's services. We've written them to be clear and fair. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
RelayBridge provides business documentation services including SOP creation, business plan development, data organization, and related deliverables as described in the selected service package. The specific scope of work is defined by the package you choose.
You share your business materials with us in any format — notebooks, photos, recordings, spreadsheets, or even WhatsApp messages. We convert, organize, and deliver professional documentation according to your package. Delivery follows a milestone-based schedule so you can see progress along the way.
Prices are as listed on our pricing page. Payment is made in milestones tied to project phases — you pay as work is delivered and approved, not all upfront. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
The Discovery package ($1,999) includes a full refund guarantee. If the Discovery phase does not reveal meaningful insights for your business, you get your money back. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of Discovery delivery.
All deliverables — SOPs, business plans, wikis, flow diagrams, and any other documentation we create for you — become your property upon final payment. We retain no rights to your documentation. We may retain anonymized process data (with no identifying business information) to improve our internal tools and methods.
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on every project. Your materials, business information, and deliverables are confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as strictly needed to provide the service (for example, secure cloud storage for file delivery).
You agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback at scheduled review milestones. We build our project timelines around your review dates — delays in your feedback may extend the overall project timeline.
RelayBridge provides documentation services only. We do not guarantee specific sale prices, loan approvals, or valuation outcomes. Results vary by industry, market conditions, and business specifics. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
You may cancel your project at any time. Payment is due for milestones already completed and delivered. No refund is available on completed phases beyond the Discovery guarantee described in Section 4.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
