These terms govern your use of RelayBridge's services. We've written them to be clear and fair — because trust starts with transparency. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
RelayBridge provides business documentation services including SOP creation, business plan development, financial data organization, business wiki creation, process flow mapping, and related deliverables as described in the selected service package. The specific scope of work is defined by the package you choose.
You share your business materials with us in any format — handwritten notebooks, phone photos, voice recordings, scanned documents, spreadsheets, or WhatsApp messages. We convert, organize, and deliver professional documentation according to your package. Delivery follows a milestone-based schedule so you can see progress at each stage.
Prices are as listed on our pricing page. Payment is made in milestones tied to project phases — you pay as work is delivered and approved, never all upfront. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. There are no hidden fees, no subscriptions, and no recurring charges unless you opt into an add-on service.
The Discovery package ($1,999) includes a full refund guarantee. If the Discovery phase does not reveal meaningful insights for your business, you get your money back — no questions asked. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of Discovery delivery.
Every project — regardless of size — begins with a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement before you send us any materials. This is mandatory, not optional.
The NDA is a legally binding contract that obligates RelayBridge and every team member involved in your project to maintain strict confidentiality over all materials, information, and deliverables related to your business. This includes but is not limited to:
The NDA survives the completion of the project — our confidentiality obligations do not expire when the work is done.
All business materials and project data are stored in encrypted, secure cloud infrastructure with multiple layers of protection:
Your data is kept completely separate from every other client's data. Specifically:
All deliverables — SOPs, business plans, wikis, flow diagrams, and any other documentation we create for you — become your property upon final payment. We retain no rights to your documentation and cannot use it for any purpose.
You agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback at scheduled review milestones. We build our project timelines around your review dates — delays in your feedback may extend the overall project timeline. We'll always remind you when a review is due.
RelayBridge provides documentation services only. We do not guarantee specific sale prices, loan approvals, or valuation outcomes. Industry data suggests documented businesses sell for higher multiples, but results vary by industry, market conditions, and business specifics. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
You may cancel your project at any time. Payment is due for milestones already completed and delivered. No refund is available on completed phases beyond the Discovery guarantee described in Section 4.
Upon cancellation or project completion, you may request complete deletion of all your materials from our systems at any time. We provide written confirmation when deletion is complete. If no deletion is requested, we retain project data for 12 months, then securely delete it.
RelayBridge follows standard legal practices for data protection and exceeds industry standards where possible. We comply with applicable US data protection laws and honor all NDA obligations as legally binding contracts. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated directly to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
